Daniel Esmail is the founder and CEO of BULWARK Real Estate AG.
He completed both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Economics at the University of Zurich. After his studies, he deepened his knowledge at a renowned Swiss major bank, where he was responsible for strategic and tactical asset allocation in portfolio management. He then worked at a financial consulting firm specializing in advising real estate companies and brokering financing solutions. In addition, he gained extensive practical sales experience at a well-known real estate firm, where he further expanded his market knowledge and strengthened his network within the industry.
Daniel Esmail holds the Swiss Federal Certificate of Proficiency in Real Estate Marketing, which highlights his strong expertise in this field.
Dr. Faried Esmail is the founder and administrative president of BULWARK Real Estate AG. Over the past 30 years he has been able to build, maintain and consolidate his large network of partners from the financial sector, architects, lawyers and the construction industry, both privately and professionally.
